Operational Accounting Coordinator

We are seeking an Operational Accounting Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, create reports and prepare and track spending in relationship to an annual budget. An interest in learning accounting analysis and projections a plus.


  • Calculate costs of goods and services in real time
  • Track job costing and overhead
  • Draft and revise annual budget
  • Coordinate with bookkeeper, CPA and department heads
  • Cash/expense forecasting
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform other office tasks


  • Previous experience in billing, finance or other related fields
  • Expert in Quickbooks and Excel
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Position can be part or full‐time based in Grass Valley, CA.
Starting salary for this position is dependent upon experience
